Two manuscripts attacking moral and professional integrity of Samuel Mathis: 24 Oct. 1799, "A New Face on Villany ... to be Acted in Camden Court House," and 9 Nov. 1799, "the first Book of Samuel the Camdenite." Also includes 5 letters, 14-16 Nov. 1799 and ca. Nov. 1799, between Luyton and James Kershaw re Luyton's "libel" against Mathis which fell into the hands of James Kershaw when intended for his younger brother, John Kershaw.
